Norm Fasteners started the Bolt production in 1973 with one set double-blow heading machine and the Nut production in 1977 in order to meet the needs of the local market. A consciously and fastidiously planned long term investment programme gave us the opportunity to further modernise our manufacturing facilities and we moved our location from Bornova to Ataturk Organised Industrial Area in Cigli - Izmir in May, 1994.

The capacity of the plant which was 300 tons/year increased to 25.000 tons/year for bolt and 8.000 tons/year for nut recently. DIN 985 Self Locking Nuts and DIN 929 Welding Nuts (1995), DIN 912 Socket Screws (1996), DIN 7991 Countersunk Socket Screws, DIN 980 V Prevailing Torque Type Hexagon Nuts, DIN 6923 Flange Nuts and DIN 6921 Flange screws (1998), DIN 7380 Hexagon Socket Button Head Screw, DIN 7984 Hexagon Socket Thin Head Cap Screws , DIN 564 Hexagon Set Screws with Small Hexagon Half Dog point and Flat Cone Point, DIN 962 Hexagon Head Bolt Oriental Slotted and assorted Wheel Bolts (2000), Hexalobular and Multipoint Socket Screws,  Ball Point Bolts and Studs (2002) have been included in the production line since the foundation of the plant.
