Over the years, the manufacture of electronic devices has become much more complicated. The large, captive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) have out-sourced areas of the manufacturing process to specialized companies within a supply-chain. The implementation of new technologies now requires swift, coordinated communication between these specialists. In 1995, MacDermid recognized the importance of providing total supply-chain support to the electronics manufacturing industry. The result, our OEM and Assembly Applications team, is a service to the circuit board fabricators, assemblers and end-users. Mission Statement

Mission Statement
MacDermid’s OEM and Assembly Applications team serves to coordinate the implementation of MacDermid’s technologies within the Electronic Manufacturing Supply Chain. Our region-specific and product-specific specialists represent MacDermid’s Product Development Protocol (PDP) teams at the OEM, EMS and Industry Group levels.
